5 Health Problems of Summer that can be prevented with proper diet

  1. Food Poisoning: Bacteria grow faster in summers, so there are more chances of food poisoning during summers. Symptoms could be stomach pain, bloating, nausea, diarrhoea and vomiting. Bacteria are everywhere, in soil, water in air and even in our bodies. Simple way to keep one safe is to maintain hygiene, wash hands, utensils and food ingredients with clean potable water. Keep all food at proper temperatures, especially cooked food. Cooked food should be promptly refrigerated especially perishables like meat, milk and poultry. Cooked and uncooked foods should also be stored separately in order to avoid cross contamination. When eating out of house, ensure that the place maintains proper hygiene and order only fresh running items.
