Preparation For Yoga Sessions:

  1. Have a gap between meals and yoga sessions:
      • Heavy meals- 4 hours,
      • Light Meals – 2 hours,
      • Liquids – 1 hour
  1. Wear Comfortable clothes
  2. Should have a yoga mat to practice the asanas and pranayama.
