Ms Sandhya Gugnani is a practicing Nutritionist and started her career in 1997 trained at Dietetics Deptt at Indraprastha Apollo Hospital, New Delhi. She did PG Diploma in Dietetics and Public Health Nutrition from Punjab University, Govt. Home-sc College, Chandigarh & Masters in Foods & Nutrition from IGNOU.
Started her carrier as an Administrative & Consultant dietician with multinational corporates like AlliedSignal, Honeywell, Hitachi Metals, at NCR for 9 years.
In the year 2006, she became consultant with Ozone fitness clubs and also provided dietary counselling. Managing the health cafe, framing menu & calorie break up.
Diet and Nutrition Consultant at Paras Hospital prescribing diets for life style related disorders like Diabetes, PCOD, Hypertension & Thyroid etc. Responsible for the kitchen hygiene, quality of food, monitoring in – house patients diet & also food for attendants. Worked as a consultant with Sukhmani Hospital for 5 years.
Apart from her clinical practice, Sandhya, also conducts workshops for Corporates, Schools and other organisations including World Health Organisation, GENPACT, COKE, Hitachi, Euro kids School, The Hope Hall Foundation School, Annanda Foundation to name a few. Also conducts Creative Healthy cooking workshops in association with Wholefoods
Sandhya has been attached with Zee Business from July 2008 – June 2013 for a television/ cookery show called “THE GREAT CHEFS OF INDIA” as a nutrition expert.
