Mango Banana Almond Yogurt Smoothie

  • Mango-150 gm
  • Banana-150 gm
  • Almond- 8-10 pieces
  • Plain Yogurt- 150 ml
  • Sugar- 1 teaspoon (to taste)
  • Crushed ice- ½ a cup

Method:

  1. Blenderize Banana and Mango separately in a blender. Shred almonds.
  2. Now blend in the Yogurt and bring to a smooth paste. Add crushed ice and top it with shredded almonds.
  3. Serve cold or chilled with breakfast or as an in between meal.
